Thank you for partnering with Rivato Philippines. We strive to provide high-quality industrial components and sourcing services. Please review our return policy below:

1. Return Window

  • 5-Day Deadline: All returns must be physically returned to our premises within five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery or collection.

  • No Prior Notification Required: You do not need to log a digital request or notify our team in advance, provided the items are returned to us within this strict 5-day window.

2. Strict Exclusions (Non-Returnable)

⚠️ Electrical Components: Strictly NO returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products containing electrical or electronic components (including but not limited to solenoids, electronic proportional valves, sensors, switches, and wiring assemblies). Once these items leave our premises, they are considered final sale due to the risk of electrical damage during external handling or testing.

3. Standard Eligibility Criteria

For all other non-electrical items to be eligible for a return, they must meet the following conditions:

  • Complete Box Required: The item must be returned in its complete, original box. This includes all internal packaging, plastic wraps, protective caps, manuals, and accessories. We will not accept items with missing, torn, or defaced boxes.

  • Condition: The item itself must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must present the original Sales Invoice, Official Receipt, or Delivery Receipt.

4. Other Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sourced items, special indented orders, or components cut/modified to specific customer specifications.

  • Items showing signs of installation, trial use, or cosmetic wear.

5. Evaluation and Settlement

  • Upon receiving the returned item within the 5-day window, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and ensure the box is 100% complete.

  • If approved, we will process your exchange or store credit.

  • Rivato Philippines reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the criteria outlined above.
